Grounding/Earthing

Getting out onto the earth each day and walking without any barriers such as the rubber soles of shoes, is something that is profoundly recharging and revitalizing to me. The direct connection with the ground beneath my feet brings an invigorating sense of freedom and tranquility that feels essential for my well-being. I make it a priority to get out onto the breathtaking red rocks of Sedona, Arizona, each and every morning to witness the awe-inspiring beauty of the sun rising above the horizon. The tranquility of the early hours allows me to fully appreciate the vibrant colors transforming the sky as the day awakens.
